Refund Policy

Once a payment has been successfully made and work has commenced, Marketing Baba does not offer any refunds, whether partial or full, for any of its services. This includes—but is not limited to—services such as website design, branding, graphic design, content creation, digital marketing, SEO, and other customized solutions.

We encourage all clients to thoroughly review our service details and consult with our team prior to making a purchase. Our pre-engagement process is designed to clearly outline deliverables, timelines, and expectations. Once a project has started, resources are allocated and work begins immediately, which is why refunds are not entertained.

Cancellation Policy

As our services are tailored and personalized for each client, we do not accept cancellations once a project has been initiated or after payment is processed. Cancellation requests made after the commencement of work will not be accepted, and the client will be liable for the full agreed amount.

In the rare case that Marketing Baba is unable to fulfill the scope of services due to unforeseen circumstances from our end, we will evaluate the situation and may provide a partial or full refund at our sole discretion. Any such refund will be considered on a case-by-case basis and will require written documentation from both parties.

Modifications and Adjustments

We believe in building strong client relationships. While we do not offer refunds or cancellations, we do offer revisions and adjustments as per the scope defined in the initial agreement. Any additional changes or expansions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges, which will be communicated clearly in advance.
